Weir and Tara Lipinski have become an in-demand pair in commentary for the Peacock Network's sports offerings. Forbes this week described them as the future of sports commentary

Lipinski, a moppet who bopped her way to a gold medal at the 1998 Winter Games, is now 34 and is a pleasing presence.

Weir is, shall we said, weird. Known for his, ahem, flamboyant apparel on the ice, Weir is just as far out of normal off it.

Yahoo reports Weir brought nine suitcases to Rio, and included a picture of him in a red kimono sprawled atop them.

Somehow, Weir is a perfect fit in Rio.
