Rio Olympics 2016: Bubba Watson holes out for eagle in golf's Round 2 image

Bubba Watson didn't get his Olympic competition off to an optimal start Thursday in Round 1, but he made amends for his poor round by electrifying his crowd early in Round 2.

The free-swinging lefty drained his second shot on the par-4 third hole after spinning back a wedge shot. The eagle moved him up to even-par for the tournament.

Watson has been enjoying his time in Rio thus far, watching as many events as he can.

The two-time major champion even said Thursday, after his round, that golf was getting in the way of his enjoying all the other events going on at the Rio Games. But if he keeps making shots like he did Friday, odds are he will start enjoying golf as well.
