Liverpool fans are bracing for a tough run of games after their star goalkeeper, Alisson Becker, suffered a serious hamstring injury during the recent win over Crystal Palace.
The 32-year-old Brazilian was forced off in the second half, and a post-match scan revealed he will be out of action until late November. This means Liverpool will face a critical period without their trusted shot-stopper.

Seven big games without Alisson for Liverpool
Alisson’s absence couldn’t come at a worse time for the Reds, who have seven key matches in just 20 days. During this stretch, they’ll face the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, RB Leipzig, and Bayer Leverkusen.
And to add salt to the wound, Alisson will also miss two matches against Brighton, plus a tricky fixture against Aston Villa.
Meanwhile, another stats revealed that Alisson has missed 50 fixtures since the start of the 2019/20 season. This is a really concerning sign for the Reds.

Liverpool will now turn to backup goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher to step up between the sticks. The Irishman, who made 26 appearances last season, has proven himself a solid option, but these are some high-pressure games for any player. Kelleher will need to channel his inner Alisson and show why he’s more than just a backup.
With Alisson’s growing injury history, the Reds are already looking ahead. Valencia’s Giorgi Mamardashvili is set to join Liverpool next summer, adding competition for that No.1 spot. But for now, all eyes will be on Kelleher to keep Liverpool’s season on track.
It’s never easy to replace a keeper like Alisson, who has been the backbone of Liverpool’s defense over the years. Thus, Arne Slot will face a crucial test after this international break as the Reds face a tough run of fixtures lined up ahead.
