The NFL season is officially underway and the excitement is building in the UK just as much as it is across the pond.
UK fans will know all too well about those late nights to get your weekly dose of NFL and this season is no different.
The 2023 season will be the 104th of the NFL's existence and kicked off on Thursday night (Friday morning UK), September 7, in Kansas City as the Chiefs hosted the Detroit Lions. The regular season will conclude with 16 division games in Week 18 (January 6 and January 7) before the crunch stages begin.
The Sporting News guides you through the first Sunday Night Football of the season and explains how you can watch from the UK.
Who is playing on Sunday Night Football?
The New York Giants kick off their 2023 season by hosting the Dallas Cowboys in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The Giants come into the game having lost four straight games and 11 of the last 12 to the Cowboys.
The Giants did, however, make the playoffs last season but New York went just 1-4-1 in the division.
They'll be looking to put the stats behind them and play their own game.
Week 1. Cowboys. Our house.
