Call Tommy DeVito's agent Sean Stellato anything you want — just don't call him Slimy.
Former Giants QB Eli Manning said on Monday night's "Manningcast" that he heard Stellato's nickname was "Slimy," adding another layer to the viral sensation that started when Stellato was seen in a black suit jacket and hat on the sidelines of the Giants-Packers game.
"Sean 'Slimy' Stellato. I got some inside intel from some of my boys. That was his nickname in college," Manning said on the air, a line his brother Peyton called "great research." As it turns out, Eli might not have been entirely serious.
In a Tuesday appearance on WFAN radio's "Boomer and Gio," Stellato hit back at Manning and said that was the first he ever heard of his nickname being "Slimy."

"Never heard that nickname in my life," Stellato said. "Everyone's going to have their comments, all good, but no, I take pride in being a dad of four daughters ... I don't know where that came from, but it is what it is, I think he might watch too much 'Goodfellas.'"

Stellato at least knows what Manning is referencing, as the agent's hat and suit jacket looked like something one would see while watching "Goodfellas." Unlike some of the characters in the movie, however, Stellato is unequivocally not slimy, by his own estimation.
Who is Tommy DeVito's agent?
DeVito's agent is Sean Stellato, who is also Italian-American. Stellato is set to be inducted into the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame this week.
Stellato first went viral on Monday night for his sideline outfit, which made him look less like an agent and more like a "Sopranos" cast member, but he's been around the NFL for several years. Stellato has represented clients such as former Washington running back Alfred Morris and former second-round pick Obi Melifonwu and said on WFAN that he has a good relationship with all 32 NFL teams.

While Morris is Stellato's most successful client, no one holds a candle to DeVito right now. "Tommy Cutlets" has taken the city of New York by storm with three consecutive wins in place of Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor, and he's done so with five touchdown passes and no interceptions over that span.
Whether his future is in New York or not, DeVito has likely played well enough to earn himself a roster spot in 2024. That means NFL fans will be seeing more of the DeVito family, and Stellato.
