Maybe Brady's NFL career isn't over, but paws-ed. That is according to NFL commentator and radio host Rich Eisen, who said buzz from around the NFL Combine indicated that Brady has another season in him, and this time may make his way to South Beach:

While Brady seems adamant in his retirement, there is a little smoke that may attach Brady to a return to the field. He has delayed his Fox broadcast debut until 2024, taking this upcoming season off. He's been attached to the Dolphins in the past, and also was seen taking a tour of a Florida private school earlier in 2023.
Brady said in his most recent retirement address that he was retired "for good" this time, but words are just words. We'll see if he's kitten around about retirement soon enough.
