It's now been four seasons since Tom Brady quarterbacked and Bill Belichick coached in New England together.
Brady is retired from the Buccaneers for good and Belichick is rumored to be parting ways from the Patriots after this season.
With Brady still hoping to finalize a deal to become minority owner of the Raider soon, would there be a chance Belichick is now in play for Las Vegas' full-time head coach opening in 2024?

Will Tom Brady, Bill Bellichick reunite with the Raiders?
The Raiders just tried "The Patriot Way" with coach Josh McDaniels and GM Dave Ziegler. The experiment failed miserably as that duo was fired well short of two full seasons, on this Halloween. McDaniels, despite his offensive acumen and ace work with Brady, flopped again leading a whole team. Getting into the potential Belichick sweepstakes, however, is a whole different arena for the Raiders.
The Panthers already have a coaching opening and aggressive, spend-y owner David Tepper is likely to take his best futile shot at getting Belichick to Carolina. The Chargers are also bound to have an opening with Brandon Staley's job being very insecure. The Commanders and several other high-profile teams also might need a new coach next year.
But the Raiders, with majority owner Mark Davis, are bound to be an attractive situation for Beilichick that offers both resources and rebuilding upside with an already developing strong defensive foundation with Maxx Crosby. interim coach Antonio Pierce has been inspiring, but the Raiders also remain competitive with a shaky offense thanks to defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, a former Belichick staffer.

While the offense was a disaster with McDaniels and his overall leadership was poor, Belichick is still a stellar schemer and master motivator. Getting the right offensive talent is key, but there's already a bridge foundation with former Brady backup Jimmy Garoppolo under contract. With a few shrewd moves, the Raiders can go from a sub.-500 disappointment to challenging for a playoff spot with a coach of Belichick's history and caliber, much like the Broncos in 2023 with Sean Payton.
Belichick may re-sign or be straight-up fired by owner Robert Kraft, or the Patriots may try to trade him, a la the Saints did with Payton on delay. The Raiders, should the Brady connection be approved after some complications, are a good bet to top the list of teams willing to roll out whatever it takes to lure a record-chasing Belichick to lead them.
