NFL mock drafts 2022: Compare latest from Mel Kiper, Daniel Jeremiah, Todd McShay, other experts image

Yes, there is a draft in here. In fact, there are several.

With the NFL cooling off from free agency before it reheats for the 2022 NFL Draft, the constant shuffling of the top of the board continues. With no surefire No. 1 overall pick, few analysts and experts agree on who could be the top selection, or any of the top five picks, or even 10.

BIG BOARD: Ranking the top 150 prospects for 2022 NFL Draft

With the NFL franchise tag deadline come and gone, the blockbuster trades of Deshaun Watson and Russell Wilson, the start of free agency and a number of other prominent trades done, the NFL Draft is the next tentpole in the offseason.

The pre-draft process has revealed a meteoric rise for Georgia pass rusher Travon Walker, who is a favorite of many to land in the top 10 of this year's draft. One mock draft even has Walker going No. 1 overall.

Here's how six of the latest mock drafts — from TSN's Vinnie Iyer, ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay, NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah and Charles Davis and The Athletic's Dane Brugler — stack up:

Noteworthy:

— Brugler has Kenny Pickett, even post-NFL Combine, as the first QB off the board, with Malik Willis falling all the way to No. 18.

— The Cowboys (preemptively) replace Amari Cooper with Treylon Burks at No. 24. Burks had a less-than stellar combine, perhaps fueling the fall.

— From Bearcats to big cats: At the back end of the first round, the Lions take Desmond Ridder with Pick No. 32. That feels about right for the Bearcat QB, who some believe is a lock for the second round.
