The Ravens vs. 49ers Christmas Day game was being tabbed as a potential Super Bowl preview and Baltimore kept all the receipts of what was being said heading into the contest.
The Ravens destroyed San Francisco on its home field, coming away with a decisive 33-19 victory over the Super Bowl favorites.
Baltimore's league-best defense pressured 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy into a career-worst four-interception game. Lamar Jackson overtook the former MVP favorite with 252 passing yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions in the victory.

During the week leading into the NFL's most anticipated regular-season game, the Ravens weren't shy to admit they felt disrespected by being listed as 6.5-point underdogs to a team with the same record.
Most analysts still picked San Francisco to cover throughout the week, with ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio going as far as to say the rest of the NFL is on a "quest for second place" to the 49ers.
After Baltimore handled its business with ease in San Francisco's house, Jackson was quick to respond to Florio's comments as he headed to the locker room with a victory.
What did Mike Florio say about the Ravens vs. 49ers game?
Going into the Ravens-49ers game, ProFootballTalk's Florio was confident he knew how the contest was going to play out.
"When key players are healthy, [the 49ers] are going to kick the s— out of everybody they face. The quest is for second place," his rant began.
"That's it, as long as [the 49ers'] key players stay healthy. They're currently healthy, and the 49ers will kick the s— out of the Ravens on Monday night.
"I'm sorry, I know that's disrespectful to the Ravens but let's be realistic. They're going to fly across the country on Christmas night and the 49ers are waiting. And the 49ers are going to dismantle the Ravens," he continued.
"If it's a Super Bowl preview, the Super Bowl is gonna suck. Because the 49ers, as long as those guys are healthy, are gonna run over everyone."
The result could not have proved Florio's comments more drastically wrong. Jackson was quick to pull out the receipts as he walked to the locker room after the game, and again in the postgame press conference.

Lamar Jackson's response to Mike Florio's comments
"Damn, Mike Flores! What was his name? Mike Flores?" Jackson said about Florio's comments while laughing as he headed to the locker room.
The star quarterback went further in-depth during his postgame presser as to why he felt disrespected by Florio's rant.
“You can’t just discredit us. We grown men, we got to feed our families. He can have his opinion, but don’t be just talking like that. That’s disrespectful. That’s very disrespectful," Jackson said.
"... He ain't putting the pads on. If he were putting the pads on it would be different for him. He wouldn't say that. He'd be respectful. We're respectful to our opponents and our opponents are respectful to us.
"I guess he just wanted more views for his little channel. We gon' leave it at that."
The new MVP frontrunner and first-place Ravens let their play do the talking on Monday night, and the message was received. Florio posted on social media after the game, backing off his comments:
"Lamar is right," Florio wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "I apologize for how I phrased my opinion. I believed the 49ers were dramatically better than every other team in the NFL: Cowboys, Eagles, Chiefs, Dolphins, everyone. The Ravens proved otherwise. They deserve complete and total respect for what they accomplished."
