The Chargers and Colts have both had heavy prime-time presences this season, and they'll get at least one more on "Monday Night Football" this week.

Los Angeles will be attempting to cling to its wild-card spot in the AFC playoffs. The Colts will take another step on their long march to the end of the season and likely the Jeff Saturday experiment.

The Chargers (8-6) enter with three wins in their last four games. Justin Herbert continues to be all the rage in prime-time matchups, and he'll be the clear marquee quarterback Monday.

The Colts (4-9-1) have lost their last four games. and now Nick Foles will get the starting nod at quarterback over Matt Ryan as Indianapolis looks for answers at the position.

Although the Colts' playoff hopes have been dashed this season, they're still looking for signs of hope down the stretch. The Chargers, meanwhile, may be playing for coach Brandon Staley's job. If they miss the postseason after an ambitious offseason, it could be difficult for the front office to justify keeping him on. But what the Chargers have done in the face of myriad injuries this year can't be ignored.

There is no alternate "Manningcast" in Week 16. "Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli" will return on Super Wild Card Weekend.

Viewers in Canada can watch the game on TSN3 (English) or RDS2 (French), or stream it on DAZN, which features every NFL game.

ESPN is the home of "Monday Night Football" again in 2022. Viewers will be able to stream the series on ESPN's website and app in addition to the streaming services below.

"Monday Night Football" will also stream on ESPN+, ESPN's subscription-based streaming service, in Weeks 1-3 and 15-18 and the Super Wild Card Weekend on Monday, Jan. 16.
