What is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's injury?

Gilgeous-Alexander sat out the Thunder's matchups with the Suns and Kings on Feb. 24 and 26, respectively, because of an abdominal strain and right ankle soreness.

There was a possibility that he would have been available to play against Sacramento on Feb. 28, but he entered health and safety protocols before the game.

How long will Shai Gilgeous-Alexander be out?

It is unclear exactly how long Gilgeous-Alexander will be sidelined, but he will "likely" miss at least the Thunder's March 1 contest against the Lakers, according to The Oklahoman's Joe Mussatto.

Before the 24-year-old entered health and safety protocols, Oklahoma City coach Mark Daigneault described him as "day-to-day."
