Will Taila Santos be able to solve the puzzle that is Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 275 on June 11? Shevchenko defends her UFC flyweight title against Santos from inside Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Shevchenko, an eight-time World Championships gold medalist, made her pro debut in 2003. "Bullet" made her UFC debut in 2015. She is 11-2 with the promotion. The only losses of Shevchenko's career came against Amanda Nunes. Shevchenko beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk in 2018 to win the UFC flyweight title and has defended it six times. Her last fight was a TKO win against Lauren Murphy in September. 

Santos made her pro debut in 2013 and joined the UFC in 2018. A Dana White's Contender Series alum, Santos had her 15-fight unbeaten streak snapped in 2019 against Mara Romero Borella. She has since won four in a row, her last fight a submission win in November against Joanne Wood.

The official UFC 275 purse has not yet been revealed, but previous payouts for Shevchenko and Santos could help provide some insight as to how much they will earn.

Per Sports Interaction, when Shevchenko beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the UFC flyweight title in 2018, she reportedly earned $130,000. In her next fight in 2019 against Jessica Eye, Shevchenko made $300,000. In her last fight against Lauren Murphy, "Bullet" made $392,000. Some of the salaries provided include Fight Night bonuses.

As for Santos, The Sports Daily has her career earnings at around $207,500 after UFC 270. Per Media Referee, at UFC 266 against Roxanne Modafferi, Santos went home with $44,500. Via The Sports Daily, in her last fight in November against Joanne Wood, Santos earned about $98,500.
