Ligue 1 live streams, TV channels in UK

Ligue 1, France's top football division, has launched the "Ligue 1 Pass" to counter the current broadcast blackout in the UK and Ireland. This comes after the league’s previous media rights agreement with TNT Sports ended, leaving fans without live coverage of the 2023-24 season.

For several years, TNT Sports had the exclusive rights to broadcast Ligue 1 games. However, the dynamic changed drastically after Kylian Mbappé's blockbuster transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid. The departure of one of the league’s biggest names led to a drop in broadcasting interest, contributing to the blackout.

To keep fans connected, Ligue 1 has introduced a direct-to-consumer streaming service, the Ligue 1 Pass, available on the Apple TV app. Priced at £12.99 per month or £99 for the season, it allows fans to catch all the live action from the league, ensuring visibility in key markets during this crucial period.
