Two in-form teams who have already clinched their spots in the Champions League knockout stage face off in the Netherlands, as Arsenal travel to take on PSV in their Group B finale.

It represents a meeting of title challengers in the two respective nations, as Arsenal sit second in the Premier League table while PSV are perfect in Eredivisie play through 15 games – an impressive start to the year to establish a whopping 10-point lead over Feyenoord.

Both sides have already mathematically secured places in the Round of 16, with Arsenal already confirmed as the group winner and PSV secured as runners-up by way of their head-to-head record over third-place Lens.

Thus, the two teams will likely use the chance to rotate players into the squad, with no competitive stakes on the match. The likes of Aaron Ramsdale, Jorginho, Reiss Nelson, and Eddie Nketiah will surely play for Arsenal, while this could be an opportunity for American forward Ricardo Pepi to continue impressing for PSV in his role as Luuk de Jong's understudy.

PSV vs Arsenal prediction, odds

  • Moneyline lean: Arsenal (+155)
  • Score prediction: PSV 1-2 Arsenal

With such few actual stakes in this game from a competitive standpoint, and each side in great form, these two sides will be expected to put on a good show, much more competitively than the resounding 4-0 victory Arsenal enjoyed in the reverse fixture nearly three months ago.

Yet it's impossible not to back Arsenal with plus odds against a team they so thoroughly dominated last time out, regardless of their recent slip in Premier League action.

PSV vs Arsenal: best bet

  • Pick: Ricardo Pepi to score anytime
  • Odds: +185 (DraftKings)

American forward Ricardo Pepi has done everything he possibly can to earn a starting spot at PSV, but is unfortunately stuck behind the scorching hot Luuk de Jong and his 17 goals and eight assists this season.

Pepi has been relegated to a bench role, but in that is averaging just 58 minutes per goal, including the dramatic winner against Sevilla in their last UCL match which confirmed a place in the knockout stage. This meaningless game will be the perfect chance for Pepi to get a spot start, and with Jacob Kiwior likely to also be utilized in the Arsenal defense, he should have ample scoring chances.

PSV vs Arsenal prop bet

  • Pick: Race to 4 corners — PSV
  • Odds: -105 (FanDuel)

This is a contest between two teams who love to rack up set-piece chances, both leading their respective divisions in corners won. Arsenal have won 8.6 corners per game, tops in the Premier League, while PSV average 7.53 corners a game, most in the Dutch top flight.

It's true on the opposite side as well, as both PSV and Arsenal concede just 2.53 corners per game, largely thanks to their usual possessional dominance against inferior league opponents. With PSV at home and likely to start more of their regular players in the hopes of securing the confidence boost of a surprise home win, they should be able to secure a quick start before the Gunners bring on their big-name players for the final few minutes of the game.
