The publication of the 2022/23 Premier League fixtures marks the day when fans can start plotting for the new season — but knowing which games Sky Sports and BT Sport have picked is a critical part of the planning because the dates and kick-off times of those matches are often changed.
Supporters who go to games are at the mercy of TV scheduling when it comes to booking tickets and travel, while TV viewers also find out when they'll be sitting on the sofa or heading to the pub to watch their teams live in action.
Manchester City and Liverpool picked up the most money from TV revenue and prize money in 2021/22, and fans of newly-promoted Fulham, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest will have to acclimatise to seeing their clubs in front of the cameras much more often in 2022/23.
When will we discover which games are on TV during the opening weeks of the season? Here's what you need to know ahead of the Premier League returning.

When will the Premier League confirm more TV games?
The Premier League confirmed the details of the first batch of televised games for 2021/22 in early July.
Traditionally, fixtures are then finalised two months ahead of time, to allow fans to make travel arrangements. This means October's fixtures are released in August, November's in September, and so on.
When are the Premier League fixtures and international breaks in 2022/23?
In addition to the near month-long break for the FIFA World Cup (Nov. 14-Dec. 18), there will be two FIFA international breaks: Sept. 19-27, 2022 and March 20-28, 2023.
A total of 16 Premier League matchdays will be played before the FIFA World Cup break, and the remaining 22 following the World Cup.
