Just over six weeks since Manchester United won 2-1 at Fulham in the closing Premier League match before the 2022 FIFA World Cup, top-flight action returns on Boxing Day, starting with Tottenham Hotspur's visit to Brentford.
Those two teams had been averaging almost two goals a game each this season and, fittingly, the match ended in a 2-2 draw. Amazon will hope the entertainment continues during the second series of matches to be broadcast on its Prime Video platform.
The first round of Amazon matches of the 2022/23 season yielded two goalless draws and only 13 goals over nine games across Matchday 12 in October, so fans and executives could be forgiven for anticipating greater entertainment this time around.
Here are the matches taking place, how to watch them and details on how to subscribe.
