England have been tipped to win a first-ever FIFA Women's World Cup in 2023 as Sarina Wiegman's side head Down Under this month.
The Lionesses finally secured a first major title last summer as Wiegman guided them to a Euro 2022 title amid iconic scenes at Wembley Stadium.
That has increased optimism that England can transfer their European success onto the global stage, up against rivals including the USA, Germany and co-hosts Australia.
However, injuries to key players have disrupted Wiegman's World Cup plans, with her squad forced into numerous reshuffles, as she plans for a potential run to the final.
