PSG hope to bounce back from their Champions League exit with a league trip to western France to take on relegation-threatened Brest.

With Neymar out for the season due to ankle surgery, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi will be expected to carry the weight of responsibility for the attack. The two stars were especially quiet in this week's second leg where Bayern ran away as comfortable 2-0 winners.

Sitting eight points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 table, PSG now can focus solely on their title charge, with fewer fixtures to worry about. Still, they will rue their mistakes after getting dumped out of European action for yet another year.

Brest are 15th in the Ligue 1 table and just a point above the drop zone, struggling to score goals on a regular basis. Manager Eric Roy, a former Marseille and Lyon midfielder, was hired in early January to help stave off relegation.

Brest vs PSG betting odds

PSG are obvious favourites in this match, but they sit with just over 1/2 odds, meaning that even against a 15th placed opponent, the betting market still has some doubt over their near-term viability in the aftermath of the Bayern defeat.

The market even thinks Brest can score, and the over 2.5 total goals is the significant favourite.
