The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup is set to take place from June 2-29, 2024, co-hosted by the United States and the West Indies.

The tournament marks a historic moment, as it will be the first ICC World Cup tournament to feature matches in the United States, and in any other country in the Americas outside the West Indies.

England will enter the tournament as the defending champions after their triumph in Australia in 2022.

This ninth edition of the T20 World Cup will see a record 20 teams competing, an increase from the 16 teams in the 2022 tournament. The participating teams include the two hosts, the top eight teams from the 2022 edition, the next two teams in the ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings, and eight teams determined through regional qualifiers.

Notably, Canada and Uganda will be making their first appearances at the men's T20 World Cup, and the United States will also be participating for the first time as co-hosts.
