Pound-for-pound boxing great Katie Taylor's fights are always heavily followed, with many fans especially keen for the 2012 Olympic Games champion to face fellow legend Amanda Serrano again.

Taylor earned a split-decision win over Serrano in New York in April 2022 to extend her unblemished record to 21 victories.

Now 36, that win over Serrano was the latest high point in a career that began for Taylor with her professional debut in 2016 and proceeded to some of the largest arenas in England and the US.

When is Katie Taylor's next fight?

Taylor faces Karen Carabajal in the 22nd fight of her career at the OVO Arena Wembley in London. Taylor has won on both of the previous occasions when she has fought there.

Argentinean Carabajal has a perfect record and has registered two knockouts in her 19 fights.

The bout takes place on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Ringwalks are expected at approximately 10 p.m. BST / 5 p.m. ET.

Taylor won her first world title when she collected the WBA belt against Anahi Ester Sanchez on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's win over Carlos Takam at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff in October 2017.

Six months later, she lifted the IBF title by beating Victoria Bustos at the Barclays Centre in New York.

The WBO title followed less than a year later against Rose Volante in Philadelphia, as well as the WBC and The Ring accolades in Taylor's subsequent scrap, when she beat Delfine Persoon in New York.
