Only competing once in 2023, Conor Benn has a chance to fight multiple times in 2024. First, he must get past Peter Dobson on February 3. The fight in Las Vegas airs on DAZN worldwide.

Benn fought three times in 2021 and was ready for a busy 2022 until he failed multiple drug tests. Due to a “highly elevated consumption of eggs,” Benn was suspended by UKAD. Maintaining his innocence, Benn has looked for a way to compete, resulting in his recent world tour of America. He returned to action in September, beating Rodolfo Orozco in Florida. If all goes according to plan, Eddie Hearn looks to have Benn fight often to make up for lost time.

“It’s going to be part of a really busy period for Conor Benn,” Hearn said to Matchroom via Essentially Sports. “So we’re already in talks with some big names in April, but he’s got to come through Dobson. We want to keep him nice and busy.”

The Bronx-born Dobson turned pro in 2014. He’s won nine fights via knockout, his last win via the power punch back in 2021. The 33-year-old last fought in June 2022, beating Rodrigo Damian Coria via unanimous decision.
