The draw for this year's FIBA Men's World Cup has concluded ahead of the tournament which is due to begin in late August.

Powerhouses USA have been drawn in Group C, alongside Jordan, Greece and New Zealand, while the number one ranked Spain will face Iran, Côte d'Ivoire and Brazil in the group stage.

Australia, currently ranked third in the world, have been placed in Group C with Germany, Finland and co-hosts Japan.

Primary host Philippines will take on Angola, Dominican Republic and Italy in Group A.

The tournament is due to get underway on Friday, August 25.

Games will be played in Philippines, Japan and Indonesia, with two venues in Manila - Araneta Coliseum and Mall of Asia Arena - as well as Okinawa Arena and Jakarta's Indonesia Arena to be used.

The Mall of Asia Arena will host the final on Sunday, September 10.

Spain will go into the tournament as reigning champions, having defeated Argentina in the final of the 2019 tournament in China.
