They weren't among the 68 teams that made the big dance known as the NCAA Tournament, but 32 teams still have hope of earning hardware in the 2022-23 college basketball season.
The National Invitation Tournament (NIT) announced its bracket Sunday night. Some teams will be disappointed they couldn't secure a spot in March Madness, but others will be happy to have the opportunity to continue building a program.

The 2023 NIT will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks, which can also be streamed on ESPN+ or Sling TV.

This year's NIT will not feature any games at Madison Square Garden, the home of the tournament for its first 85 years. Instead, the semifinals and championship game will be played at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. The first three rounds will all be played at campus sites.
