NFL Network's Jane Slater reports that Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is getting football-ready by completing a two hour workout in Houston, approximately 1,600 miles from the team's training camp facility in Oxnard, California.

Lamb is holding out from training camp for a contract extension that "has to makes sense".  He is beginning his fifth career NFL season and the final one on his rookie contract.

In the past, he was listed at 200 lbs, but Slater is reports that he is now at 195-196 lbs. and is "bigger, faster, and more explosive."

Lamb and quarterback Dak Prescott are both entering the final year of their contracts as is head coach Mike McCarthy.

Slater reported on Wednesday that the Cowboys front office has been completely silent on contract issues.
