The Cleveland Browns have reportedly placed Nick Chubb and Jack Conklin on the PUP list.

Running back Nick Chubb suffered a torn MCL and damaged ACL, an injury similar to one he sustained at Georgia, in Week 2 of the 2023 season.  The timeline for his return has been fuzzy with some estimating he would be back mid-season, but a recent video showing him squatting over 540 pounds of weight gave Browns fans hope that maybe he would be ready for Week 1.

Offensive tackle Jack Conklin also missed most of last season with the more severe knee injury of the two players. Conklin tore both his ACL and MCL in Week 1.  Conklin turns 30 in August and like Chubb has dealt with multiple knee injuries including a torn patellar tendon in 2021.

Left tackle Jedrick Wills and defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson, also dealing with knee injuries, were also added to the PUP list.
