World champions will be crowned in Las Vegas. Get ready for the 66th annual National Finals Rodeo.

Fifteen competitors, who claim their spot by becoming a top earner throughout the PRCA season. The sport is a risk, but for most it's a risk worth taking. This year, the NFR will award a record payout of more than $11.5 million.

The biggest event of the season competes rodeo's seven main events – bareback riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, bull rising, team roping and barrel racing.

Las Vegas may not seem like the most likely host, but it works, hosting the NFR every year at UNLV's Thomas and Mack Center since 1985. Over 150,000 fans gather every year to enjoy the rodeo and all it has to offer, which includes nearby concerts, the Junior World Finals and Cowboy Christmas.

The National Finals Rodeo is a once-in-a-lifetime event for rodeo fans and those simply in town. Here's how to get tickets to the often sold-out competition.

National Finals Rodeo tickets 2024

Tickets for this year's National Finals Rodeo officially go on sale Aug. 15, but pre-sale passes are already available on StubHub, an approved marketplace of the NFR.

Currently, only individual performance tickets are available. The cheapest option for each day is Access Only, which costs between $100 and $160. Seated passes can be purchased for anywhere between $200 to $325. The NFR will have multi-day tickets available, too, which can be purchased as a four-day or six-day package.

The 10-day rodeo kicks off on Thursday, Dec. 5 with the final performance on Saturday, Dec. 14. Each night begins at 5:45 p.m. PT at the Thomas and Mack Center.
