Popular Madden streamer Sketch responded to allegations that he released adult content in the past on Monday, recording a seven-minute stream on Twitch detailing his personal journey as he attempted to come to terms with his sexuality.

The beloved 25-year-old — whose real name is Kylie Cox — was emotional as he discussed his past.

He confirmed that the clips of him engaging in past adult content were real.

“I’ll start from the top — open and honest, that was me,” Sketch said at the start of the video. “That was me. It’s OK, though. I will tell you what — two years ago, I did some stuff. I’m sorry if you’ve seen some of the stuff. You know I’m a changed person… I did not have sexual relations with that man! I’m just kidding, I did, possibly.”

Sketch revealed that the video was recorded during a "dark time" in his life during which he was battling addiction. He thanked his friends and family for helping him crawl out from under depression. Sketch suggested that he strongly considered taking his own life after the picture and video surfaced on social media on Sunday.

“I’ve been living under the threat of that coming out for like two years,” Sketch added. “I’ll be honest, Plan A was, and I will say candidly, was to probably eat a — well, probably to call it quits if this ever came out. But some people saved me. Shout out Faze. Shout out my parents. Shout out y’all. I f— up, but I’m changed… the plan after was not very good. If I was alone and I was at my house, I probably wouldn’t be talking right now.”

A noted Madden enthusiast, Sketch has become a prominent figure in the world of gaming. His stature as a streamer also earned him recognition from the sports world. In April, he announced the Texans fourth-round pick during the 2024 NFL Draft.

Sketch etched his name into sports folklore with his iconic "What's up brother" celebration, one co-signed by sporting royalty like Donovan Clingan and Bryce Harper.

Despite some unscrupulous remarks from Antonio Brown and Tyreek Hill, many in the sports and gaming world offered support for Sketch's response, including Sauce Gardner, FaZe Banks, and Jake Paul.
