The Giants' sensation may not know how to do his own laundry, but he knows how to capitalize on his Italian heritage. DeVito has partnered with Rao's for bring fans his official chicken cutlet recipe. Well, his mom's.

The New Jersey-born QB has become sort of a hero for the Giants. He's earned three wins through five starts, giving fans a homegrown guy to root for. While not enough to put New York in the playoff picture, it's sparked some hype on social media. The Saints even mocked him with the "finger purse" after a sack.

DeVito is getting the last laugh with quick hit to fame and newest sponsorship.

Tommy DeVito cutlets recipe

The recipe for DeVito's signature chicken cutlets is as below, according to Rao's.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 cups Italian season breadcrumbs
  • 2 jars marinara sauce

Directions

  • Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally, and pound with a mallet until thin.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of parmesan into the egg wash.
  • Add breadcrumbs to a separate bowl.
  • One at a time, place chicken in egg wash and coat fully. Add chicken into breadcrumb mixture, and coat all sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and fry cutlets until golden brown on each side.
  • Once cooked, remove from pan and allow chicken to drain on paper towels.
  • In a medium saucepan, pour in marinara sauce and simmer on medium low heat.
  • Plate cutlets and pour 1/2 cup of marinara sauce onto chicken.
  • Serve with parmesan on top.
