By now everyone's heard of the offside penalty on Chiefs receiver Kadarius Toney and how it ruined the "legendary" lateral pass by Travis Kelce against the Bills.
The tight end doesn't think so.
Kelce seemed less upset than his teammates (mainly Patrick Mahomes) after the Chiefs' loss to the Bills. He joined Buffalo's Josh Allen afterwards, calling him a warrior and reminding him to stay healthy through the rest of the season.

Mahomes notably criticized the officials after the game. The quarterback called it "tough" to take the go-ahead touchdown back on offensive offside, which he said had never happened to him. He was irritated there was no warning ahead of the flag.

Kelce, on the other hand, is focused on restoring Toney's confidence. On the newest episode of his "New Heights" podcast, Kelce reiterated he trusts his teammate almost more than anyone else on the field.
"We just gonna have to do it again, big dog," he said. "Everybody hatin' on KT right now, you can f––ing miss me with it. I'm trusting in 19 every time he's out there on the field."

Kadarius Toney offside penalty
With just a minute left while down against the Bills, the Chiefs pulled off a show-stopping touchdown.
Mahomes found Kelce downfield, and while he'd get a first down, he wouldn't make it to the end zone. The tight end glanced left, saw Toney and tossed the lateral for the touchdown. It was overturned because Toney lined up offside before the snap.

The wide receiver's foot was over the line of scrimmage, a clear violation. Prior to the snap, he did not check with officials to make sure he was lined up correctly.
