Auburn lures recruits by painting 'Kick Six' sequence on turf

How much does Chris Davis' legendary Iron Bowl "Kick Six" factor into the Tigers' recruiting spiel?

Based on the way the school's grounds crew painted the field for "Big Cat Weekend," it's safe to assume it's a big selling point.

All 109 yards of Davis' game-winning return are immortalized in orange paint and on display for the major recruit showcase.

It's not the first time that Auburn has recognized the return. The school had painted a similar orange circle in the end zone at Jordan-Hare Stadium in the spring, but it was removed when the turf was replaced recently.
