Heat guard Dwyane Wade left the third quarter of the team's season-opening game against the Wizards with a leg injury.

Wade, an 11-year veteran, reportedly took a knee to his leg and left the court with a limp.

The Heat announced on Twitter that Wade had a "left calf contusion" and that he was probable to return.

Wade had nine points when he left the court.

Wade returned to the game with 5:59 left in the fourth quarter. Miami won the game 107-95.
