When last we heard from Kaz Tadano in the States, it was for reasons other than baseball (warning: NSFW).
The former Indians reliever, now pitching in Japan, is back on the radar, this time for baseball frivolity.

Tadano has added an eephus pitch to his repertoire. Now, we don't have a FoxTrak or K-Zone handy, but there's a good chance one of them would have shown that this pitch crossed the plate high. Either that, or the umpire was not amused.
Still, in terms of arc and location, the pitch is right there with Rip Sewell's eephus pitch:
Steve Hamilton's Folly Floater:
And Dave LaRoche's La Lob.
