Three schools have punched their tickets to the College World Series in Omaha. Texas, Louisville and California-Irvine completed two-game sweeps in their respective Super Regional series Saturday.

The remaining five series — Stanford-Vanderbilt, Maryland-Virginia, Louisiana-Lafayette-Ole Miss, Pepperdine-TCU and College of Charleston-Texas Tech — could end Sunday as well. Stanford and Vanderbilt will play a deciding Game 3, and Maryland, Louisiana-Lafayette, TCU and Texas Tech will go for sweeps.

Game 3s in the latter four series, if necessary, are scheduled for Monday.

The College World Series will begin Saturday, June 14.

Texas 4, Houston 0

At Austin, Texas, C.J Hinojosa drove in two runs and Parker French pitched six scoreless innings for the Longhorns, who are headed to Omaha for the 35th time, more than any other school, after missing the NCAA Tournament altogether the previous two years. The Longhorns' last trip to the CWS was in 2011.

Louisville 7, Kennesaw State 4

At Louisville, Ky., Nick Solak's two-run homer in the top of the fifth inning propelled Louisville to the victory that sent the Cardinals to their second straight College World Series and third in school history.

UC-Irvine 1, Oklahoma State 0

At Stillwater, Okla., Andrew Morales pitched a five-hit shutout to lead the Anteaters to their first Omaha berth since 2007 and just their second trip overall since becoming a Division I program in 2002.
