The four games on tap for Day 2 of the Big South Baseball Tournament Wednesday have been delayed until Thursday because the sprinklers ran overnight at Winthrop Ballpark in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
In fact, the entire tourney has been pushed back a day, with Thursday's games now on for Friday, etc.
Well...hard to say this, but NO BASEBALL TODAY...sprinkler issue at WU left field unplayable for any Wednesday games...resuming Thursday.

Needless to say, Twitter is having a field day with the soggy infield conditions:
Sun delay; check. Rain delay with no rain; check. Must be big south baseball tournament time.
