Indian wrestler Sangeeta Phogat bagged a bronze medal at the Budapest Ranking Series in the non-Olympic 59kg category.
Phogat suffered a crushing defeat by fall against America's Jennifer Page Rogers in her first bout but came back strongly in the second one.

She lost the semi-final but bagged the bronze medal by winning the play-off 6-2 against Hungarian Viktoria Borsos.
Phogat got off to a strong start in her play-off bout taking the lead with a take-down move. The Hungarian wrestler then fought back to make it 2-2 but Sangeeta soon launched a furious attack and made it 4-2.
The Indian then picked up two more points in the second period to bag the bronze medal.

Sangeeta Phogat was one of the six wrestlers who protested against the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharma at Jantar Mantar in the last few months.
