The prestigious Wimbledon Championships 2024 commenced on July 1 and will last until the final day of the competition on July 14.
A total of four Indians will be representing India in the competition this year. Rohan Bopanna, Sumit Nagal, N. Sriram Balaji and Yuki Bhambri will be representing the Indian tricolor on the grandest tennis stage.

Bopanna will be partnering alongside Matthew Ebden of Australia in the men’s doubles format of the tournament. Bopanna and Ebden had made it to the semi-final of the competition last year wherein they lost to the duo of Wesley Koolhof from Netherlands and local player Neal Supski.
N. Sriram Balaji and Yuki Bhambri will also be competing in the men’s doubles format. They will be partnering alongside Luke Johnson of England and Albano Olivetti of France respectively.
Meanwhile, Sumit Nagal is the only Indian player who will be competing in the men’s singles round of Wimbledon 2024. It will also be the 26-year-old’s main draw debut in Wimbledon. He is also competing in doubles, with Serbian partner Dusan Lajovic.
