Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons exited Sunday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks early in the first quarter.

The Aussie, who missed the 76ers' last game against the Brooklyn Nets with lower back tightness, appeared to re-aggravate the injury early in the first quarter after being fouled on a drive to the basket.

It was initially reported that he would go to the locker room throughout the game for treatment on his back, however early in the second quarter, it was announced that he would not return for the remainder of the game.

With Simmons out, coach Brett Brown turned to Josh Richardson and Alec Burks to assume the ball-handling and playmaking respnsibilities.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Simmons is set to undergo an MRI tomorrow.

Simmons left the game with five points, two rebounds, one assist, one block, and one turnover in just five minutes played.
