In one of the best games of the week, the Philadelphia 76ers came away with a massive road win over the Milwaukee Bucks 130-125.

The headline of the game comes from Giannis Antetokounmpo's career-high 52 points, but him and Ben Simmons were battling down the stretch.

The 76ers held a seven-point lead with a minute and a half to go in the game when The Greek Freak got Simmons in the post. He backed down Simmons, asserting himself to the rim for a posterizing and-1 dunk.

The dunk gave Giannis his career-high 46th point of the game, and Antetokounmpo had some choice words to describe the play.

"He's a baby. He's a (explicit) baby," Antetokounmpo screamed as he pumped up the Fiserv Forum crowd in hopes to lead his team to a comeback win.

On the very next play, Simmons got his revenge.

Joel Embiid attacked the rim but failed to finish. Antetokounmpo was under the hoop, ready to grab the rebound when Simmons swooped in for a putback dunk right on Giannis' head.

He let Antetokounmpo hear it after the play, flexing on the Bucks' superstar.

Simmons finished the game with a near-triple-double of eight points, nine rebounds and nine assists while Antetokounmpo had 16 rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a block to go with his career-high scoring total.

However, the 76ers got the last laugh as Joel Embiid's 40 points led them to victory. With the win, Philly clinched a playoff spot and remain 1.0 games ahead of the Indiana Pacers and 2.0 games ahead of the Boston Celtics for the No. 3 seed in the East.
