In the men’s and women’s recurve individual categories, Parth Salunke and Ruma Biswas bagged silver medals respectively.
19-year-old Salunke defeated Won Sung Tin, Amirkhan Sadikov, Mohammad Hakim Ahmed Rubel, and Wang Dapeng en route to the final but lost to China's Qi Xiangshuo 6-2 in the gold medal match.

Biswas, meanwhile, reached the final beating Hussa Yaqoub Ahmed Alawadhi, Kim Lavender, Koreas Han Sol, Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhi, and Qiu Muyan but lost to China’s An Qixuan 6-2 in the last game and had to settle for a silver medal.
