- First Round: The French lawyers, defendants from the United World Wrestling (UWW), IOC, and IOA (in that order) presented their arguments to the CAS.
- Second Round: French lawyers, UWW, and IOA presented their arguments, as IOC made closing comments on the case.
The CAS hearing related to Phogat has been concluded. The hearing involved both parties (IOA vs French lawyers, and IOC).

The official verdict by the CAS is yet to be out, but the operative part of the order reportedly dismissed the plea.
