Not much defence in this one as the Pacers outlast the Timberwolves.

Aaron Holiday had 22 points off the bench and his brother Justin added 21 to lead the Pacers.

Washington Wizards 131, Orlando Magic 116

Bradley Beal finished with 26 points and Russell Westbrook added 23 points, 14 boards and 15 assists as Washington blew out Orlando 131-116.

New York Knicks 99, Boston Celtics 101

Clutch free-throws from Jayson Tatum in the final seconds helped lift Boston over the Knicks.

Tatum finished with 25 points, 10 boards and five assists while RJ Barrett top scored for New York with 29 points.

New Orleans Pelicans 111, Brooklyn Nets 139

Kevin Durant wasted absolutely no time getting involved on return, burying a midrange jumper on his second possession on the floor.

Durant finished with 17 points, seven boards and five assists in just 18 minutes on a perfect 5-for-5 from the floor.

Dallas Mavericks 93, Houston Rockets 102

22 points and 10 rebounds for Christian Wood has lifted the Rockets to an upset win over the Mavericks.

Luka Doncic led Dallas with 23 points but struggled to shoot 9-for-26 from the floor.

Memphis Grizzlies 131, Atlanta Hawks 113

Grayson Allen exploded for 30 points for Memphis as the Grizzlies rolled the Hawks on the road.

Charlotte Hornets 113, Oklahoma City Thunder 102

Seven players scored in double-digits for Charlotte as they cruised by the Thunder.

Jalen McDaniels top scored with 21 for the Hornets.

San Antonio Spurs 96, Denver Nuggets 106

Nikola Jokic fell one rebound shy of a triple-double in the latest Nuggets win.

Jokic tallied 25 points, nine rebounds and 10 assists, including this sweet lob to new teammate Aaron Gordon.

Utah Jazz 113, Phoenix Suns 117 (OT)

The two teams with the best records went head-to-head in a classic overtime battle in Phoenix.

Devin Booker finished with 35 points and Chris Paul added 29 and nine assists for the Suns, who were able to close out the Jazz despite 41 points from Donovan Mitchell.
