Indiana Pacers 114, Houston Rockets 107

The Pacers do it by committee. Career-highs from Malcolm Brogdon (35 points) and Myles Turner (8 blocks) were keys to the team improving to 6-2 for the season, good for second-best in the East.

For Houston, John Wall was the top-scorer with 28 points. 

Orlando Magic 105, Cleveland Cavaliers 94

The Magic get the win but it's bad news after the team officially announces that he's suffered a torn ACL. 

Terrence Ross scores a team-high 20 as the Magic hand the Mavs their fourth loss in five games after a 3-0 start. 

For Cleveland, Collin Sexton scored a team-high 21 while Andre Drummond recorded 19 points and 15 rebounds.

Philadelphia 76ers 141, Washington Wizards 136

Bradley Beal erupts for a career-high 60 points, tying a Wizards franchise record but it isn't enough. 

For Philadelphia, six players scored in double figures. Joe Embiid led the way by stuffing the stat sheet with 38 points, eight rebounds, five assists, three steals, and three blocks. Ben Simmons recorded 17 points and 12 assists while Seth Curry scored 28 on 11-of-14 shooting from the field.

Charlotte Hornets 102, Atlanta Hawks 94

A career-high 44 for Gordon Hayward helps the Hornets snap their three-game losing streak. LaMelo Ball impressed with 16 points, eight rebounds, and five assists in 23 minutes off the bench.

For Atlanta, John Collins top-scored with 23 as they lost their third straight and fourth in the last five.

Boston Celtics 107, Miami Heat 105

Rookie Payton Pritchard's game-winner gives the Celtics the narrow victory. In the lead-up to the possession, the Heat closed out a 10-point deficit but end up on the losing side eventually. 


Jayson Tatum top scored with 27 whlie Jaylen Brown contributed across the board with 21 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two rebounds as the Celtics won their third straight and fifth of their last six. 

For Miami, All-Stars Jimmy Butler () and Bam Adebayo (15 points, 10 assists, 8 rebounds) were the top contributors.

New York Knicks 112, Utah Jazz 100

Austin Rivers come up huge late in the fourth while Julius Randle's impressive season continues as he finishes with 30 points, 16 rebounds, and seven assists.

Meanwhile, Joe Ingles now sits 8th on the Jazz's all-time assist list.

Milwaukee Bucks 130, Detroit Pistons 115

Make that nine straight wins for Milwaukee over Detroit. 

Both teams took a knee at tip-off as they continue the NBA's fight for social justice.

Oklahoma City Thunder 111, New Orleans Pelicans 110

Steven Adams records his first career triple-double with 10 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists but the Pelicans still stumble to their second consecutive close loss.

For the winning side - the Thunder, Shai-Gilgeous Alexander was the top contributor with 21 points, 9 assists, 5 rebounds, and 5 steals.

Phoenix Suns 123, Toronto Raptors 115

Seven Suns players finish in double figures led by Devin Booker's 24 and a career-high 10 dimes by Cameron Payne off the bench. 

Meanwhile, the Raptors now fall to 1-6 for the season. Pascal Siakam scored a game-high 32 points.

LA Clippers 108, Golden State Warriors 101

Five players score in double figures as the Clippers bounce back from a home loss with a road win on the second night of a back-to-back. 

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George scored 21 points apiece while Curry struggled to 13 points on 5-of-17 shooting from the field.

Sacramento Kings 128, Chicago Bulls 124

A career-high 36 points from Coby White but Kings rookie Tyrese Haliburton sparks the team to victory. He scores 15 of his 17 in the final period, including the dagger that put the game out of distance.
