This year's roster is loaded with young talent, headlined by former No. 1 overall pick Anthony Edwards, rising star Jalen Brunson and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson Jr.

The United States is in Group C with Jordan, Greece and New Zealand. All of its first round group stage games will be played in the Philippines.

When is the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup?

The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup tips off on Friday, Aug. 25. The Group Stages will run through Sept. 3 with the single-elimination knockout stage beginning on Sept. 5.

The tournament will conclude with the gold medal match on Sunday, Sept. 10.

The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup will take place between Aug. 25 and Sept. 10, with games being played in the Philippines, Japan and Indonesia.

The tournament will feature a total of 92 games, all of which will be broadcast on ESPN2 or ESPN+ in the United States. FIBA's official streaming service, Courtside 1891, and Sling TV also offer a streaming option.
