The Miami Heat, on Tuesday (Wednesday IST), announced their signing of Udonis Haslem.

As per AP's Tim Reynolds, the deal is worth the veteran's minimum at $2.6 million.
Going 17 straight seasons with a single franchise, Haslem holds the record for the longest streak among active players. Stephen Curry is a distant second having played all of his 11 seasons with the Golden State Warriors.
In terms of most seasons played with a single franchise, he ranks fifth among all-time players, behind the likes of Dirk Nowitzki (21), Kobe Bryant (20), Tim Duncan (19), John Stockton (19), and Reggie Miller (18).
In his previous 16 seasons with the Heat, Haslem has been a member of each of the franchise's three championships - 2006, 2012 and 2013.
His journey with the franchise began when he signed with the team in 2003 after going undrafted in 2002. He repaid the faith by being voted to the 2003-04 All-Rookie Second Team.
Haslem's best statistical season came in 2007-08 when he averaged a near double-double of 12.0 points and 9.0 rebounds.
On the Heat's all-time leaderboard, he ranks No. 1 under total career rebounds and ranks third under career blocks.
