On Saturday (Feb. 19 IST), Ranveer Singh was representing India at the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend.
The Bollywood superstar, also the brand ambassador for NBA India, participated in the 2022 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
He was part of Team Walton, the team that beat Team Nique to clinch the game 65-51.

Being only the second Indian ever to play in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, Singh's participation was certainly a landmark moment.

Always known to make a fashion statement when he makes an appearance back home, Singh dazzled the All-Star Red Carpet prior to the game.
Introduction
Wearing No. 69, Singh was the first player to be announced among the players for 'Team Walton'. He coupled the official 'Team Walton' jersey with a pair of Dame 8 '4th Quarter K.O.'

The last time an Indian personality participated in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game was in 2015 when Abhishek Bachchan suited up for the event at Madison Square Garden.
