In the era of one-and-done prospects leaping to NBA stardom after their freshman seasons in college, upperclassmen are often overlooked in the NBA Draft process. History shows that shouldn't be the case.

This past season, Thunder guard Jalen Williams and Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard were among the league's most impressive rookie standouts after playing three and four years of college ball, respectively. Look back even further and Draymond Green, who turned 23 toward the end of his rookie season, is one of the most recent examples of a successful upperclassman selected in the NBA Draft.

This year, Indiana senior Trayce Jackson-Davis is among the upperclassmen that should not be overlooked in the draft process. Jackson, 23, is one of the oldest players that will hear their name called on draft night, but he should make an immediate impact at the next level.

The Sporting News looks at where Jackson-Davis' age measures among some of the biggest names to know at the 2023 NBA Draft.
