Despite a scintillating showcase for the ages from Damian Lillard, who didn't seem to miss a shot late in the game, the Denver Nuggets came away with the 147-140 Game 5 victory in double overtime.
Although the loss is a dampener, it takes nothing away from the eye-popping, superhuman performance that Lillard put on display.
He finished with a game-high 55 points on 17-of-24 shooting from the field while also dishing out 10 assists and knocking down 12 3-pointers, setting and breaking multiple franchise and NBA records in the process.
Here's a look at all of the biggest numbers from this game.
1: First player ever to record 50-10 with 10+ 3s
Let's start with the playoff records.
With his stat line, Lillard became the fourth player to record at least 50 points and 10 assists in a playoff game after Russell Westbrook, Sleepy Floyd, and Jerry West but is the first-ever to record at least 55 points and 10 assists in the same game.
He is also the first player ever to have at least 55 points and 10 3-pointers in a single playoff game. This performance made him the first player in NBA history - regular season or playoffs - to record at least 50 points, 10 assists, and 10 3-pointers.
It's not just the volume but the efficiency at which Lillard got his numbers. Just 24 shot attempts!

The 55 points and 12 3-pointers are also a franchise record and Lillard's career-high in the playoffs.
12: NBA record for 3-pointers in a single playoff game
En route to finishing with 55 points for the game, Lillard broke Klay Thompson's NBA playoff record for most 3-pointers in a single game.
The Trail Blazers superstar knocked down 12 of 17 shot attempts, going past the 11 the Warriors guard knocked down in 2016.
Lillard is now on three of the top four slots for most 3-pointers in a single playoff game, having also recorded postseason games with nine and 10 3-pointers.
The franchise superstar was unreal in the clutch, forcing overtime and then, double-overtime as well with two big 3-pointers. In fact, seven of his 12 3-pointers came after the start of the fourth quarter.
2: Shots Lillard missed in overtime periods
Lillard had already dialed-in 'Dame-Time' late in the fourth quarter, scoring or assisting on 14 of the team's last 16 points in regulation including the clutch triple that forced overtime.
However, in extra periods, he put 'Dame-Time' into overdrive as he scored 17 of the team's 19 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the field in the 10 extra minutes.
I counted wrong, all other Blazers were 1-for-14 in that span. REGARDLESS: VERY BAD.

He single-handedly kept the Trail Blazers in the game late, missing just two shots which is the same number of dunk attempts Robert Covington missed in the extra sessions.
3rd: Lillard's rank for most points in a playoff loss
Lillard's points tally is the third-most in a playoff loss, only trailing Donovan Mitchell's 57 from last year in Game 1 of the playoffs last year and Michael Jordan's NBA record of 63 back in 1986 against the Boston Celtics.
Such has been the progression of the game that, of the top 10 performances for most points in a playoff loss, five have come in the last four years.
