The Toronto Raptors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks, 100-94, to close out the series and advance to their first ever NBA Finals in franchise history!
It was a game of ups and downs with the Raptors making a massive second half comeback to earn the win.

While inside the arena, the team and fans were having a celebration of their own. Of course, the Raptors' Global Ambassador and superfan Drake was hyped.

But before the celebration really got underway, Kawhi Leonard made sure to give props to the battle he had with Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The Raptors then got their chance to celebrate and hoist the Eastern Conference Championship Trophy. Leonard heard a loud eruption of rightfully deserved MVP chants from the home crowd.

Leonard gave all the praise to his teammates but remains focused on the task at hand – trying to defeat the Golden State Warriors.

Lowry got his chance to hold the trophy he's worked so hard for in trying to bring the Raptors to The Finals. He raised the trophy as red confetti rained down on him.
And he had nothing but praise for "the best fans in the world."
