Kevin Durant exited Game 5 between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets after suffering an injury to his right leg.
Durant went to the locker room and did not return, with the team announcing he had suffered a right calf strain.

With just over two minutes remaining in the third quarter, the Warriors All-Star forward sank a mid-range jumper and turned to head back on defence. As he made his way back down the court, Durant looked back as if he had been tripped but there was no one in his vicinity.

Apparent discomfort caused Durant to hop down the floor before grabbing at his lower right leg.
Durant immediately hobbled towards the other end of the floor before exiting towards the Warriors locker room while accompanied by the team's training staff.
He is set to undergo an MRI on Friday with his availability for Game 6 still up in the air.

The Athletic's Anthony Slater reports that Durant suffered a similar injury in the 2017-18 regular season, causing him to miss seven days and three games.
