Malcolm Brogdon is probable for Game 5 against the Boston Celtics and is expected to play, Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer announced at shootaround on Wednesday.

Budenholzer added that Brogdon will come off the bench and be on a minutes restriction.

Brogdon has been sidelined since March 15 with a plantar fascia tear in his right foot. He was averaging 15.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game prior to the injury, doing so on 50.5 percent shooting from the field and 42.6 percent from the perimeter.

With those numbers, the former Rookie of the Year was Milwaukee's fourth-leading scorer and best 3-point shooter during the regular season.

"He's a great player," Bucks All-Star Khris Middleton said at shootaround. "Some of that we've missed for a long time. To bring a starter back, whether it's on a minute restriction or what not, just to have him available is huge for us."

The Bucks currently lead 3-1 in their second-round series with the Celtics. In NBA history, teams to lead 3-1 in a best-of-7 series have gone on to win the series 95% of the time.
